To our Ecocert Community,

We hope that you are well and finding solace during these uncertain times.

As your organic certifier, we are always looking for ways to best serve you, and that service does not stop now even while we do our part to slow the spread of COVID-19. Like many organizations across the country, we are adjusting the physical and technical ways in which we operate. For the last month, we have taken proactive measures to keep our staff, clients, and community safe during the outbreak of the COVID-19. We have temporarily stopped business travel and closed our physical office in Plainfield, Indiana.

Despite these closings, we continue to provide service to you in the best possible way. Our team is trained and prepared to work remotely and we are readily available by phone, mail or email.

Inspections update

Our goal is to ensure that your certification is maintained, and we are doing all we can to ensure that audits will be completed on time. On-site inspections will resume as soon as it is deemed safe to travel again.

We are accepting new applications and additions to current certifications and will schedule audits when travel restrictions are lifted. An inspector will notify you of your inspection date.
